Josephine Butler Parks Center

The Josephine Butler Parks Center is owned by Washington Parks & People and serves as its headquarters. The Parks Center also serves as a "greenhouse" for rebuilding DC communities; housing numerous other non-profit community and service organizations--these are our PARKS CENTER PARTNERS.
